Hunan Jinlianxing Special Materials Co., Ltd which was founded on July10 2001 is an above designated size industrial enterprise inYueyang city, new materials enterprises and high-tech enterprises of Hunanprovince, enterprise technology center of Hunan province and also the nationaltorch plan key high-tech enterprise. It is the Engineering Technology Research Center of special materialsfor aluminum alloy smelting in Hunan province, the academician workstation specializedin high efficiency modificator and refiner in non-ferrous metal sectors of Yueyang and the support unit of Yueyang science and technology enterprise incubator. It was successfully listed on the new third board on March 14, 2016. At the end of 2016, there were 276 employees, including 45 technicians, 2 Doctorsand 3 Masters. It is mainly engaged in research and development, production and sales of aluminum alloy casting with special material and supply metal materials and auxiliary materials for aluminum alloy products industry. It’s main products including refining agent, modificator, master alloys, purification materials and other specialty materials and ceramic foam filter, founding equipment in the process of aluminium casting.
The company has two wholly-owned subsidiaries and two holding subsidiaries.The two wholly-owned subsidiaries are Hunan Huake Machinery Co., Ltd and Henan Yongcheng Jinlianxing Aluminum Alloy Co., Ltd. The former is located in Junshan district of Yueyang city, Hunan province. It has a registered capital of 2 million yuan and its main business is metallurgical machinery. The latter is located in Yongcheng city of Henan province which has registered capital of 8 million yuan and its main business is aluminum alloy and special aluminum alloy. The two holding subsidiaries are Yueyang Zhongke Special Ceramics Technology Co., Ltd and Hunan Wanmei Air-material R&D Co., Ltd. The former which has the main business for the ceramic honeycomb support protectant, petroleum catalyst carrier, environmental protection filter ceramics and all kinds of industrial ceramics production and sales, which is registered capital of 2 million yuan. The latter has registered capital of 3 million yuan, mainly including magnesium based alloy, magnesium alloy battery electrode material and high strength magnesium alloy structural materials.
Yueyang Zhongke Special Ceramic Technology Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 2 million yuan, and its main business is the production and sale of honeycomb ceramic supporting and protecting agents, petroleum catalyst carriers, environmental protection filter ceramics, and various industrial ceramics.
